We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email and online chat
Answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls.
Know our products inside and out so you can resolve customer complaints and enquiries
Provide introductory information to new customers.
Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Aim for customer resolution and return.
Provide after-sales service.
Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalate queries and concerns and share lead/customer intelligence with the internal team.
Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting
