Job Title: Customer Relation Officer (CRO)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity
• Outbound calls to Client
• Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work
• Must believe in what you do and feel a vested interest the company’s success
• Must be able to multi-task
• Looking for a self-starter with motivation to succeed.
• Negotiate effectively, finding the win-win solution to problems
• Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues in a non-confrontational way

Requirements
The person:

• B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
• Must be able to drive well.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be Comfortable sourcing for clients within your location and the neighboring states.

• Able to remain calm in frustrating situations.
• Able to listen to and comprehend people's problems with the intent to solve them.
