We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Locations: Abeokuta - Ogun, Ibadan - Oyo, & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Data Analyst will capture, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision making. This includes fleet performance, driver compliance, maintenance data, and fuel consumption analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze daily operational data from drivers, workshop teams, logistics officers, and fuel stations.
• Prepare variance and trend analysis reports for management.
• Support audit teams with data-driven insights.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Develop predictive insights to support fleet planning and cost optimization.
• Generate weekly and monthly operational dashboards (fuel usage, fleet availability, breakdown frequency, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs such as downtime, trip turnaround time, performance of drivers, and vehicle utilization.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with data analytics in logistics or transport companies is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly.

Remuneration

• Salary: N300,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
