Position Overview

• We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for numbers, insights, and using data to drive decisions.
• You will work closely with our analytics and operations team to support critical business reporting and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Performance Data Aggregation:

• Collect and compile performance metrics from various sources such as sales, marketing campaigns, user behavior, or product performance.
• Maintain regular tracking sheets and ensure all relevant data is updated on time.
• Assist in identifying performance trends and flagging irregularities early.

Data Cleanup and Validation:

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets by identifying and correcting errors, duplicates, or missing information.
• Work with different teams to verify source data when inconsistencies arise.
• Standardize data formats for ease of analysis and reporting.

Internal and Investor-Facing Reports Preparation:

• Support the creation of comprehensive reports that summarize company performance and KPIs.
• Contribute to slide decks, charts, and tables used in stakeholder presentations.
• Maintain a library of standard report templates and historical performance data.

Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting:

• Respond to data requests from different departments by extracting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Perform quick data checks or in-depth analysis depending on the need.

Data Reconciliation:

• Compare and match data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, databases, spreadsheets) to ensure everything aligns.
• Identify discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve them.

Data Visualization and Dashboard Support:

• Assist in building dashboards and charts using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Help design visually appealing and easy-to-understand representations of data for internal and external use.
• Update and maintain existing dashboards based on current performance metrics.

Collaborative Data Projects:

• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to support projects that require data input or insights.
• Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions where data plays a key role in strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis (optional but advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (a plus).
