Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Depot Controller to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all deposit-related activities, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and supporting smooth day-to-day depot operations.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all customer deposits received at the depot.
• Verify deposit slips, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Ensure all financial procedures comply with company standards.
• Liaise with banks on deposit confirmations and related issues.
• Safeguard all sensitive financial documents and ensure proper filing.
• experience in depot operations, finance, cashiering, or similar roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date deposit registers and financial records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly deposit reports.
• Reconcile deposit accounts with finance to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Work with depot staff to support smooth operational processes.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
