In addition, Proforce Air Systems Limited has built capacity through strategic partnerships to offer turnkey solutions for diverse security challenges. We have developed competencies in Air Systems – providing various aerial platforms for Intelligence Gathering, Cyber Intelligence Solutions, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems Integrations. Proforce has developed turnkey capacity for the Production and Maintenance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Trainer Aircrafts and other Ancillary Equipment required for Air Defence operations.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and manage our online marketing strategies.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving lead generation efforts to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• SEO and Content Management: Conduct keyword research and optimization of website content to improve organic search rankings. Manage and update the company’s website and blog with high-quality content.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and support overall business objectives.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate company updates, product launches, and promotions.
• PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, with a focus on maximizing ROI and optimizing ad performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Proven experience withsocial media marketing, and content creation.

Salary 
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
