Job Title: Communications & Media Relations Manager

Locations: Taraba and Adamawa
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

• Lead ANI’s communications, media relations, and digital strategy to strengthen brand visibility, donor engagement, and public positioning across local and international platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications, PR, and media strategies.
• Lead content creation, editorial oversight, and team/contractor management.
• Support donor communications, proposals, and reputation management.
• Manage media relations, press content, social media platforms, and website updates.
• Oversee publications, digital content, and storytelling aligned with fundraising goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in communications, media, or public relations.
• Strong social media, copywriting, and digital content skills.
• The Communication and Media Relations Manager needs to be a strong candidate who has experience working within the NGO industry or a similar environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects in mission-driven organizations.
