Role Overview

• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Suggest and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility and market reach.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including websites and social media platforms.
• Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.).

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly gross
