We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch Manager

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

• To Oversee and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Coordinate logistics, optimize processes, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards while improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Job

• Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor vehicle movements and optimize routing for efficiency.
• Analyze dispatch data and generate reports for performance improvement.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch transactions, vehicle logs, and fuel usage.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Manage dispatch personnel, providing training and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline dispatch activities.

Qualification

• B.Sc or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in in dispatch/logistics management.

The Person Must:

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
• Be tech-savvy, with experience using dispatch or fleet management software and GPS systems.
• Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple dispatch activities.
