Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team.
• The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment used in the manufacturing process. 
• This role involves ensuring that all electrical components and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, hands-on experience with automation and control systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support production goals, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and controls used in the manufacturing process.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, control panels, motors, and instrumentation to minimize production downtime.
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and other control systems to improve manufacturing automation and process efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize electrical energy consumption to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve electrical system performance and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Create and update wiring diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures for electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and execute electrical maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new electrical machinery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure all electrical systems and installations adhere to industry regulations, company standards, and local electrical codes.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience.
