We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Akwa Ibom

Responsibilities

• Coordination with CPP for electrical interface and follow-up for Electrical power supply to the water system.
• Review of SLD and schematics for electrical control system of area for 33kv/11K/415 VOLT, Breakers,switchgears, 3-phase Induction motors and VFD, transformers, UPS, Battery charger, lighting and earthing system, etc
• Coordination with other departments to resolve the construction, testing and commissioning issues.
• Supervision of erection, site testing ,pre-commissioning activities of electrical equipment/works as per approved design drawings documents, International & Local codes, norms, regulations & good engineering practice.
• Materials receipt record and follow up with the EPC contractor.
• Ensuring of the safe execution of work and the work permit system /JSA/use of PPE etc being followed.
• Understand the Protection system, relays.
• Testing and commissioning of the Electrical equipment with the EPC contractor.
• Ensuring that the EPC contractor for the proper upkeep of the electrical equipment and its preservation.
• Maintenance activity of the non-plant area, power distribution, and the temporary lighting system

Requriements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience. 
• Electrical equipment, Spare planning and preparation of purchase requisition. preservation action.
• Electrical equipment maintenance, Record keeping.
• Troubleshooting of the problems in the electrical system operation.
• Breakdown analysis and report preparation.
• Preparation of the daily /weekly check list , its filling and monitoring and taking action for maintenance /mitigation of issue.
• Development of maintenance SOPS/procedures for electrical equipment.
• Preventive , break down Maintenance of the Electrical equipment like motor, transformer , switchgears ,UPS, Lighitng sytem etc of 33KV/11KV/415 Volt ssytem .
