Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
• They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, directing calls, and ensuring smooth office operations. 
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and staff.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Administration, hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 - 7 years previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Close proximity to Ikeja is a plus.
• Requires sitting for extended periods and occasional movement around the office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N150,000 - N175,000 Monthly.
