Job Summary

  • Provide front desk and customer support while assisting with basic banking transactions. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with prior exposure to bank teller operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients at the front desk
  • Handle basic banking transactions and inquiries
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Support office administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain customer records and transaction logs
  • Coordinate appointments and client meetings

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or BSc in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and professional.
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a bank teller or front desk officer
  • Good understanding of banking operations and customer service

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
