Job Title: Administrator/Customer Service Intern
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Head of Corporate Services
Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for acting as the
first point of call for the organization, directing clients, prospective
clients and service personnel to appropriate departments and ensuring
that the proper channels are maintained in communications and personnel
interaction from an entry point perspective
Customer Service Functions:
- Welcoming guests.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Booking training rooms in the facilities
- Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
Administrative Functions:
- The Front Desk Officer will review the interest and purpose of
guests who wish to gain entry within the office unit and must
communicate with supervisors for reporting suspicious activity and
denial of entry.
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Assist in maintaining a current and accurate filing system
- Perform other related duties as required
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any social science discipline. (Minimum of 2.1)
- HR Certification or “In view” will be an added advantage

Job Summary
- The HR/Admin Intern will be assisting the HR Associate in the areas of Recruitment, Training and other related HR job functions
Human Resources Functions:
- Managing employee’s data using Microsoft application.
- Manage Pre-Employment Processes
- Updating CV bank as at when due
- Post new positions on various social media as determined by Associate Consultant
- Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
