Job Summary

• We are seeking to recruit talented graduates for our Graduate Trainee program. This program is designed to equip recent graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in their chosen careers.
• The Graduate Trainee will be assigned to a specific department or function within the company, where they will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain records, reports, and other documentation as required
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance processes and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop skills and knowledge
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong academic record and potential for growth and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
