Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our team at Sahel.
• As a Graduate Trainee, you'll be responsible for supporting our leadership team in driving business growth, improving operations, and developing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership skills.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operations

Requirements and Skills

• Must be a recent STEM graduate not more than 25 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong academic record, with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N350,00 - N400,000 monthly.
