Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Finance / Operations)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Finance/Operations) located in Lagos.
• The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as financial analysis, data entry, reconciling accounts, preparation of schedules, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting operational activities. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in any Science discipline
• 0-2 years post NYSC experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for Accounting and Finance
• Experience or knowledge in the lending industry is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and operations
