CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited was incorporated on 12 October, 2004 as a Pension Fund Administrator to administer and manage pension retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria in accordance with the Pension Reform Act of 2004. CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited was granted a licence to operate as a pension fund administrator by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) in accordance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Summary

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with good video editing skills to join our team. 
• As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs across various platforms.
• You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and content teams to create engaging visual assets that communicate our brand's message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop innovative and captivating design concepts, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.
• Brand Identity: Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all materials, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with overall objectives.
• Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photos as needed to improve visual quality and align with brand aesthetics.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and relevance.
• Feedback and Iteration: Accept constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Visual Content Creation: Create and manipulate images, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the quality of our content and communication.
• Layout and Typography: Apply strong typography skills and a keen eye for layout to create visually appealing and easy-to-read designs.
• UI/UX Design: Assist in the design of user interfaces and experiences for digital products, ensuring a user-friendly and visually pleasing design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free designs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Video editing skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Animation and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
