Job Title: Canva Specialist (Project Manager)

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly creative and highly organised Canva Specialist who can also function as a Project Manager—someone who can turn ideas into visually compelling content and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
• This role sits at the intersection of design, branding, communication, and execution.
• You will be responsible not just for creating visuals, but for owning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design:

• Design professional, on-brand materials using Canva:
  • Presentations, proposals, reports
  • Marketing and social media assets
  • Corporate documents and internal communications
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual stories

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design and communication projects simultaneously
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage revisions, approvals, and final sign-off.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, management)

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.

Must-Have:

• Strong mastery of Canva (advanced layouts, templates, brand kits)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Added Advantage:

• Experience working with corporate or professional services brands
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar
• Ability to think strategically, not just creatively.
• Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or business communications

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
