Initially nothing more than a laptop on a kitchen table, Naijalink grew exponentially in terms of clients, projects, employees – and countries we worked in. Job Title: Creative Video Producer and Editor

About the Job

• We are looking for a visual video creator, editor, and producer who can take a script and instantly picture the angles, the vibe, and the shots that make people stop scrolling.
• You will confidently direct, shoot crisp visuals, and turn everyday spaces into scenes that feel cinematic.
• You will be the creative engine behind our videos including podcasts, interviews, ads, social skits, and brand stories.
• From concept to camera to edit, you will make content that looks intentional, stylish, and unmistakably ours.
• You will thrive if you understand framing, lighting, and composition, can work with small crews, and adapt output to different brand styles.
• Creativity that is bold, execution that is clean, and vision that is big will help you succeed.
