Job Summary

• As a Growth Hacker, your goal is to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user base and brand visibility.
• Implement viral and referral marketing tactics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Leverage SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising for lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or startup scaling.
• Expertise in data analytics, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
• Creativity and a strong understanding of user psychology.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
