Job Title: Growth Marketer - Organic Social

Location: Lagos

Reporting Line: The job holder will report to the Head of Growth.

Job Summary

• As such, we are looking for an individual to fill the role of a Growth Marketer for our organic social channels, with core marketing competencies and expertise in leveraging social media strategically to drive business growth.
• This individual must understand people, consumer behaviour, and the nuances of engagement on social media channels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Unlock social media as a growth engine by growing and engaging the community, as well as driving conversions via social media channels.
• Build awareness, brand equity, change perceptions, and execute social media strategies to drive growth.
• Rapidly assess, forecast, propose, and execute organic social media campaigns that deliver leads and achieve performance goals.
• Apply a highly analytical, experimental and strategic approach to engagement, content development and distribution, storytelling, campaign planning and management.
• Create unconventional social media campaigns to drive engagement and awareness, as well as grow and expand the communities.
• Reach and nurture customers, create and grow communities, and advocate through social channels (new, old, and emerging).

An ideal candidate will bring

• Combination of diverse skills as a marketer, content creator, social media manager, storyteller and engagement specialist.
• Minimum of 5 years in a core marketing or digital marketing role. Should have campaign management experience, with 3+ years executing and optimising social media campaigns that drive business goals, generate leads and acquire customers..
• Digital savviness, with a strong grasp of digital marketing, MarTech, and social media.
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual presentation skills. Use data to derive insights and present information and proposals clearly to leaders, users, and partners.
• Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
• A degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent is a plus as wel
• A marketer’s mindset – one that sees social media as a tool to drive and meet business goals and needs.
• Business-oriented approach - an understanding of the impact of your work on key goals, and an interest in metrics that drive the business.l.

Compensation

• The starting salary for this role is between NGN1,000,000.00 – NGN1,600,000.00 monthly net.
