Job Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory and Demand Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in predicting market demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• This role is perfect for a data-driven professional passionate about translating numbers into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to refine and improve demand forecasts.
• Support decision-making by providing insights on inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the demand planning and supply chain functions.
• Utilize planning software and analytical tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or SAP to analyze trends and project future demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments to align with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP, or SAP).
• Basic understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and demand forecasting principles.

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
