Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The Inventory Officer will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring accurate stock records for all units (kitchen, bakery, restaurant, events and other operations).
• This role is critical in maintaining product availability, reducing waste, and supporting efficient food production and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity accuracy.
• Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock.
• Implement stock control procedures to minimize loss and wastage.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly audits.
• Liaise with vendors and procurement for stock restocking and cost control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all inventory processes.
• Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movement (inward and outward).
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery units to track usage and reorder points.
• Generate regular inventory reports for management.

N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
