NCDL provides therapeutic services for children with a wide range of disabilities: autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorders, Learning Disability, and so many others.

Job Description

• We are looking for a reliable Janitor(Cleaner) to take care of our building by carrying out cleaning, maintenance.
• Are you responsible person with an eye for details? Do you have positive attitude and love cleaning?
• Then you are the type of employee we are looking for!

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after work hours.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Additional duties as requested by management

Requirements / Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 - 2 year relevant work experience.
• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred).
• A high standard for cleanliness.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N30,000 - N35,000 / month.
