Job Description

• Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met.
• Identify sales and marketing performance gaps and ensure corrective measures are put in place
• Identify and communicate market changes, competitors strategies and trends in the industry
• Market intelligence
• Measure performance of the sales and marketing team
