Job Requirements

Job Title: Mobile Developer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Who We Need:

  • We are looking for a strong mobile app developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks.
  • The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.
  • You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated.
  • The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You will also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.
  • Primary focus will be on developing and implementing user interface components following well-known workflows and services which will support those components.
  • Candidate will be part of a team which develops components and applications which are robust and easy to maintain.
  • Candidates will work within an Agile team and will interface daily with other members of team who are designing UX components and supporting other application infrastructure components.

  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with modern pipelines and tools.
  • Proficiency with writing automated tests.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as git, bitbucket.
  • Aptitude and desire to progress to leadership assignments/role

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity and comfort with Swift, Dart and Flutter
  • Experience with implementing projects using JAMstack.
  • Comfortable using a variety of different tools.
  • Cloud engineering and knowledge with multiple languages is a plus.

Job Title: Admin / Fleet Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Admin / Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of management company vehicles, the scheduling Drivers delivery, and conveyance

Duties

  • Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
  • Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
  • Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.
  • Perform vehicle registration, insurance and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.
  • Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, obtain documents for new vehicles and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management.
  • Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
  • Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with strict control for all vehicles and drivers.
  • Participate in various driver's workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge on all industry relevant publications.
  • Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in the industry.
  • Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control budgeting process.
  • Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement.
  • Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.
  • Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the repairs and maintenance operation for all vehicles in line with budget.
  • Counsel employees; develop/implement/monitor adherence to policies and procedures; answer telephonic and written correspondence; interview candidates (applicants) and prepare employee evaluations.
  • Determine steps to be taken to improve Drivers efficiency.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training, pep talk etc.
  • Interface with road regulatory agencies i.e FRSC, Police and LASTMA.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc./ HND Qualification in Mechanical engineering or related courses.
  • 4 - 6 years of Experience in Fleet Maintenance and Management.
  • Must have technical knowledge of vehicle repairs.
