Job Title: Internal Audit Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Report on group spending on a month-to-month basis to identify spending trends and to help idntify areas of further cost reductions and focus.
  • Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets it's financial, operational and compliance objectives.
  • Report the control deficiencies to company Management and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
  • Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct.
  • Support the development of an assurance planning reporting process. Objectively assess / current IT system and business processes across the company and perform a SWOT analysis.

Requirements / Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND
  • Must have at least 7-10 years of accounting / auditing experience, preferably in telecoms / IT enviroment.
  • Excellent in interacting with all levels and departments within a company, including regional headquarters and field officers of an organization.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Willing to travel to within and outside office location.

Salary
NGN300,000 - 400,000 / Month.

 

 

Job Title: Internal Audit Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Access the company's risk and the efficacy of it's risk management efforts. Regular mapping of existing as well as emerging risks. Objectively access existing / current IT system and business proccesses across the company and perform a SWOT analysis.
  • Regularly review company policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.
  • Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets it's financial, operational and compliance objectives.
  • Assure safeguards.
  • Support the development of an assurance planning reporting process.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting or equivalent work experience. Membership of ICAN preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years work experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel, pivot tables, chats and report presentation. Knowledge of BUSY Accounting software. Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Background and familiarity with operations and Inventory management at a telecoms or FMCG company would be ideal.

 

 

 

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in HR / Personnel Management. Membership of CIPM preferred.
  • Expert knowkedge of HR Management software and tools, conflict recolution, welfare management, trainning, recruitment and outsourcing.
  • At least 5-7 years of industry experience.
  • Entrepreneurial leadership with empathy and firm management style. Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience interacting with all levels and departments within a company, including regional headquarters and fiels offices accross the country.

 

 

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Audit inbound invoices against signed contracts, order forms, and internal monitoring tools to verify that all charges are valid.
  • Daily reconcile orders to sales and actual bank and cash collections
  • Work with vendors to resolve any billing questions, issues or disputes
  • Work closely with internal teams to confirm both regular and on demand orders have been properly authorized and delivered by suppliers.
  • Review transactions entry and conduct audit trails to financial statements.
  • Review accounts payable operations, invoicing procedures, payment terms and accounting techniques used for entries.

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Accounting or equivalent accounting work experience.
  • OND with relevant work experience may be considered for accounts Executive position. Membership of ICAN preferred. Expert knowledge in Excel, Pivot tables, charts and report presentation. Knowledge of BUSY Accounting software. At least 3 - 5 years of Telecom Auditing experience(internal audit positions).
  • Understanding of payment systems in large multinational companies, including accounts payable operations, invoicing procedures, payment systems and accounting techniques.
