Job Title: Kitchen and Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

• Kitchen and Quality Assurance Manager shall be responsible for managing activities in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a natural flare for food and be comfortable in and around the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for maintaining production quality and standard.
• Should be able to work under pressure and effectively manage and motivate the kitchen crew.
• Managing order turnaround time.
• Shall handle kitchen inventory and wastage.

Qualifications and Experiences

• HND in any related course.
• 4 years experience and above.
• Relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Must be a Female
