We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will have the opportunity to implement & enhance the cash & funding solutions available to the Group including newly integrated acquisitions.
  • You will monitor execution of all the related treasury activities of the Group as per the Treasury Policy, as well as the proper execution of funds flows for intercompany financing & working capital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilties

  • Drive the implementation of new Group-wide financing solutions including but not limited to leasing, capex financing & trade finance solutions.
  • Liaise with banks to implement working capital tools (SCF, factoring etc).
  • Co-ordinate and execute all internal financing activities (IC loans, deposits) for the Group and country operations.
  • Be sparring partner of Group Tax & country operations on all related financing & loan pricing topics and related audits.
  • Have treasury project participation, including integration of newly announced acquisitions on the above topics, covering treasury operational activities such as monitoring daily cash positions, short-term cash forecasting, and FX exposure reporting during the integration phase.
  • Cross functional relationships with finance, audit, Group Tax, country operations.

Yiou can be successful if you have

  • A university degree in Finance or a business-related field (MSc in Finance is considered a strong asset).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years treasury / finance experience in an international corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • High agility and priority setting skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to be a true team player.
  • Willingness to be open to challenges and development opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of cash & working capital optimization and planning, including experience in related banking products and solutions.
  • Experience in working with SAP.
  • An advanced user of MS Excel, Word and Power point.
