Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Mondays off)

Job Summary

• We're looking for a personable and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cafe Aiko.
• This is a dynamic role where you'll be the voice of our café, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, social media platforms, and in-person interactions with professionalism and warmth
• Learn to prepare beverages and assist with drink service (full training will be provided)
• Build and maintain positive relationships with our regular customers
• Report customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve our service.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Manage and respond to messages and comments across our social media channels promptly
• Step in to support the café team during busy periods and rush hours as needed

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Age: 25-27 years
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or café environment is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service
• Active on social media and comfortable with digital communication
• Flexibility and willingness to be a team player

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
