Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gaduwa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients visiting our retail outlet.
  • This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales activities.
  • The representative will guide customers in understanding our solar energy products, assist with purchases, and provide post-sale support to ensure a positive and seamless in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
  • Offer basic after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the storekeeper to monitor inventory and product availability.
  • Provide clear and helpful information about inverters, lithium batteries, and related products.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and long-term value.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts for transactions.
  • Process sales efficiently using POS systems and maintain proper sales records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SSCE/ND or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage, with willingness to learn.
  • Ability to use POS systems and basic digital tools effectively.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and attentive to details.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
