Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • Serves as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Support customer onboarding and retention.
  • Provide product and service information
  • Log and track customer interactions

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 4 years experience.
