Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Experience

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • Supervises frontline CX operations and ensures service standards are delivered consistently across customer-facing units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Customer Care and Loan Validation units
  • Handle escalated customer issues
  • Ensure compliance with customer service policies.
  • Enforce service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Coach and supervise CX staff

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
