We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, niche markets, and growth opportunities. Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform business strategies.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients' specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and prospects through various channels, including social media, networking events, and cold calling.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and performance metrics.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role is essential. Experience in project management and sales is highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building relationships and delivering presentations.
