Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

  • We are a multi-sector organization operating across Health & Wellness, Real Estate, Technology, and Education, and we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across Health & Wellness, Real Estate, Technology, and Education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and client relationships
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated leadership and professional maturity.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close deals

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
