We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Sales Manager – Soybeans, Soya Meal, and Soya Oil (Crude & Refined)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Documentation:

  • Prepare accurate invoices for dispatched soybean and its derivatives.
  • Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices to customers.

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
  • Liaise with field sales teams to confirm order processing and client updates.

Credit Cycle Management:

  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients as per agreed credit terms.
  • Maintain credit limit records and share alerts with sales and finance teams.

Reporting:

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, dispatches, payments, and pending orders.
  • Share MIS with management and support financial reconciliation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong network in the oil mills, feed manufacturers, traders, and agro-industrial buyers is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years in billing, coordination, or finance support roles preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales.

Remuneration
Competitive salary + Incentives (based on sales performance).
