Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Locations: Victoria Island, Ikeja, Apapa - Lagos
Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and persuasive Retail Sales Executives to drive product acquisition, grow the bank’s customer base, and achieve monthly revenue targets across designated branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the bank’s retail products (accounts, loans, cards, etc.)
• Drive customer acquisition and meet a monthly target of ₦10M
• Maintain daily sales reports and ensure compliance with bank policies
• Support branch sales activities and promotional campaigns
• Conduct field activation and engage prospective customers
• Provide quality customer interaction and relationship management

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND (Upper/Lower Credit) or B.Sc (Minimum Second Class Lower)
• Age Limit: 30 years and below
• NYSC: Completed (Compulsory)

Salary
N150,000 / Month
