Job Title: Sales Manager

Description

  • We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager with a proven ability to close high-value products and lead revenue outcomes end-to-end.
  • This is a senior, results-critical role responsible for driving sales performance, converting premium deals, and setting the pace for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close high-value and strategic deals consistently and profitably
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and forecasts accurately
  • Collaborate with executive management to refine sales strategy and closing frameworks
  • Set the standard for sales execution, accountability, and results
  • Drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management
  • Handle complex objections using advanced sales psychology and negotiation techniques
  • Lead deal structuring, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on closing high-value products
  • Highly results-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver predictable outcomes
  • Experience in real estate or premium asset sales is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and deal conversion
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience is mandatory; results are the benchmark
  • Only candidates with verifiable sales and closing records will be considered
