Job Title: Laboratory Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Laboratory Manager to oversee all aspects of our laboratory operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Laboratory and a proven track record of driving quality improvements and contributing to sales growth.
• This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the day-to-day laboratory functions while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align laboratory outputs with market demands and customer needs.
• Analyze laboratory data and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Coordinate with R&D to develop new products and improve existing ones, contributing to the company's growth and sales objectives.
• Ensure the laboratory is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform at its best.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Lead and mentor the laboratory team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS), MLSCN Lisence
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role within private medical laboratory
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management processes and laboratory best practices.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in quality and operational efficiency.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
