Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Main Duties

Build and lead an effective and cohesive operations team.
Ensure appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with.
Ensure operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management as well as employees.
Ensure operations functions of the zone run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division align with the organisational strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives.
Increase effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
Drive initiatives to contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Manage functions.

Qualification and Experience

A Degree in relevant discipline.
5 -8 years’ experience in operations management especially in FMCG, E-Commerce or courier company.
Must have good people management skills.
Role is on the island so prxoimity will be considered.

Remuneration
150,000-200,000 naira monthly.

Job Title: Fulfillment Officer
Location: Lagos
Main Duties

Maintain up-to-date reporting on fulfilment performance; communicate results and opportunities.
Complete month-end financial and performance reporting.
Conduct analysis on the use of the various dispatch methods and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Partner with fulfilment centres to address opportunities in dispatch performance and drive improvement.
Maintain a full understanding of all fulfilment software programs.
Execute inventory transfers and sweeps through effective communication across the supply chain and manage in the most cost effective manner.
Provide Merchants with the necessary tools and direction on dispatch cost.
Determine what SKUs shouldn’t be part of the fulfilment centre assortment due to high customer dispatch cost.
Communicate weekly scorecard and actions plans addressing opportunities with fulfilment centers.

Qualifications and Experiences

B.Sc in relevant discipline
Excellent spoken communication skills
Basic IT skills
Experience in FMCG, E-commerce or courier companies will be an added advantage
Role is on the island and proximity will be put into consideration.

Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description

Manage and maintain IT Infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, networks, applications etc.
Design, maintain and enhance the website ensuring that only up-to-date and accurate information are contained on the website
Provide first hand user support e.g. setting up new users' accounts and user profiles and dealing with password changes, resolving day-to-day staff IT complaints and issues using standard troubleshooting techniques
Liaise with external IT consultants in the roll-out of new applications as well as provision of second level IT support
Develop graphic designs for various documents and write-ups
Create and maintain Knowledge repository and database to guarantee effective methods of storing and managing information and corporate knowledge assets
Monitor compliance with Company's polices & procedures covering network access, internet and email usage, IT Tools etc

Qualification and Experience

B.Sc in Computer Sciences, IT or Engineering
3-5 years’ experience
Windows Server management, Patch Management, Network Troubleshooting and Firewall Management, basic systems scripting and database skills (e.g. Windows PowerShell, MS SQL etc); previous experience in supporting IT infrastructure system project rollout.
Advanced Network Planning/ Implementation (WAN/LAN/WLAN).
Web development experience (creation and management) would be an advantage.

Job Title: PR/Social Media Officer
Location: Lagos
Main Duties

Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
Establishing and promoting social media pages and increasing company’s followership
Writing and producing presentations and press releases
Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Acting as the spokesperson for the company
Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Confident and Articulate
Expert in social media management
Awareness of different media agendas
Highly Creative.

Job Title: Female Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Main Duties

Take orders from customers & coordinate purchase & delivery
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, marketing & promotions, merchandizing techniques etc.
Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers.
Ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction on every purchase and inquiry, willingness to comply with all sales objectives and directives.
Maintain an updated knowledge on all company’s new and existing products and services.
Maintain knowledge on all competitor’s products and services, efficient documentation and maintaining all records of sales
Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential market
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
To sign on new corporate agreements and maintain a business relationship with existing and new corporate accounts and any other job assigned to you

Job Title: Technology/Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Main Duties

This role is responsible for leading project teams in delivering a solution to clients using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

Qualifications and Experiences

A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline but preferably a Masters degree
8+ years' work experience in project management in FMCG, E-Commerce or courier will be an added
Experience with handling various project management software.
Professional Certification in project management.

Remuneration
300,000 naira monthly
