Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Maintain activity logs

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND degree in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Test I, II, III
  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing /Food processing company
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
  • Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
  • Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
  • Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
  • Proficiency with hand tools.
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

 

 



Job Title: Packing Section Supervisor

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment: Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
  • Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
  • Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department.
  • Trains workers in operation of equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Degree.
  • 8 - 10 years experience in supervising vacuum free packing preferably in a manufacturing /Food processing company.
  • Understanding of production procedures.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.

Job Title: Van Salesman

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Description (Van Salesman - Lubricants)

  • We are seeking a convincing and enthusiastic Van Salesman to promote and sell our products at customer locations. In this role, you will drive a van on an established route, identify new sales leads in the area, and provide services to our regular customers.
  • To ensure success as a Van Salesman, you should possess a clean driving record and demonstrate an excellent track record as a salesperson in a related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Driving a van and selling products to customers.
  • Delivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new products.
  • Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.
  • Signing sales contracts, taking purchase orders, and collecting payments.
  • Accounting for the safe and timeous delivery of purchased products.
  • Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
  • Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
  • Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma / B.Sc.
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Marketing would be advantageous.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Van Salesman, or similar.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.
  • Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products.
  • Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales contracts.
  • Working knowledge of basic van maintenance.

Job Title: Technical Sales Executive - Lubricants

Locations: Kaduna and Kano

Job Description

  • We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team.
  • To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth,should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Sales Executive Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma / B.Sc in Chemistry, Pure andIndustrial Chemistry, Petroleum engineering, Biochemistry, etc.
  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - FMCG

Locations: Akure - Ondo, Onitsha- Anambra, and Kaduna - Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and oversees the warehouse operations of workmen.
  • Maintain their attendance records and reduce absent percentages.
  • Conducts routine safety inspection on the work environment to identify potential hazards and effect appropriate corrections.
  • Monitoring workmen skills to utilize optimum and get maximum results.
  • Executes routine stock audit to ensure proper reconciliation of the physical stock and the system stock and to identify any possible deviation (if any).
  • Executes routine bin audit to ensure that materials are in their right locations, thereby maintaining a fixed location for fast and easy retrieval.
  • Monitoring physical stock movements in warehouse and re-arrange the stock location to optimum usage of space in warehouse.
  • Ensure all material handling equipment are working conditions.
  • Supervises the offloading of containers, making sure the materials corresponds with the packing list.
  • Handover packing list one copy to Logistic Department to make GRN and follow up.
  • Carries out a 100% inspection on the received goods against the packing lists for inward preparation of the Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
  • Ensures that materials are binned properly in their fixed locations.
  • Supervises the picking and packing of outbound goods.
  • Verifies and inspects outbound goods against the billed invoice and quantity at the point of dispatch.
  • Executes internal transfers of materials to other branches.
  • Ensure all related documents to be filled in respective folders.
  • Like GRN Documents, Picking List & Packing List (STO and Ibadan), Delivery Invoice copies with duly acknowledgement by receivers, Inventory counting sheets.
  • Maintaining data in excel sheet like GRN, Picked Invoice, Dispatched Invoices and Workmen attendance.
  • Not only above and will be added as per business requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc or HND in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar role will be a good advantage.
  • Must have FMCG experience.
