Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
  • Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
  • Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
  • Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
  • Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
  • Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
  • Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer.
  • At least 6 years work experience in the Mechanical Engineering field.
  • Expertise in HVAC, Sewage, plumbing

  • Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs.
  • Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.

 

 

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.

Job Title: Medical Sales Consultant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Present product information and deliver product samples
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed designs.
  • Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
  • Preparing and implementing project plans.
  • Researching and providing estimates for projects.
  • Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
  • Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
  • Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
  • Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Registration/Licensure as a Professional Engineer may be required.
  • Must be COREN certified
  • A minimum of 4- 6years’ industry knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCad Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affect safety with Construction Expertise.
  • Responsible to investigate environmental accidents on construction sites and other public safety concerns
  • Design training programs to provide safety awareness education

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Working Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.

 

 

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Responsibiities

  • Maintain a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various other equipments
  • Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system
  • Plan and perform work that involves ordering, shelving, labeling, pricing and delivering

Job Title: Driver

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner
  • Assisting with loading and offloading of staff luggage, products and materials.
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly
  • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to, including local driving codes and internally agreed standards
  • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: including checks on oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
  • Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
  • Providing accurate time record of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
  • Assist the Administrative Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration documents are updated accordingly and as at when due.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 4 - 15 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Driver
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
  • Knowledge of local roads and routes
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

Job Title: Interior Design Architect

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
  • Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
  • Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
  • Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
  • Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.
  • Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
  • Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 3 years work experience.
  • Attach a portfolio of completed designs.
  • Must be good with 2D and 3D
  • Must be able to use 3D for rendering
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.
  • Strong creative design and time management skill.
