Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial planning aspects of all development projects within the country.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform complex financial and operational analysis to support the business unit strategic plans (both short term and long term) as well as the business plan andbudget creation
  • Work directly with business unit leadership to provide planning & budgeting, project and sales analysis
  • Perform complex financial analyses, prepare related presentations and present results taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures andestimated income and expenses
  • Analysis of variances to budget/forecast for revenue / margin as well as operating expenses
  • Evaluate data, prepare forecasts, trend analysis and presentation of results pertaining to sales, operations and general business conditions and other areas
  • Consult and advise management regarding advanced planning, consolidation and reporting issues
  • Leverage advanced tools in the creation, display and reproduction of charts, graphs and models specific to business unit operations and provide inputs to management as required.

Experience and Education

  • Should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
  • ACCA / CPA / CFA certificate would be preferred or advanced degree in real estate finance
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Financial Planning, preferably in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Should have a strong financial background with an understanding of key accounting and controlling concepts
  • Should possess strong communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning & analysis
  • Should have significant experience with integrated financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) programs with strong Excel charting and graphics skill set.

Job Title: Sales Representative - Institutional Sales

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the institutional sales target for Mixta Real Estate Plc in the financial year
  • He / She will execute business development strategies that will see to the actualization of the sales revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the job holder include but are not limited to:

  • Implement Global Sales target by setting personal sales target with line manager so as to achieve set targets
  • Evaluate sales results and create sales reports in front of Sales and Marketing Director
  • Collect inquiries, complaints of customers and handle appropriately
  • Coordinate with legal and finance department within the Group to ensure strict compliance to regulations (external and internal)
  • Coordinate with sales operations and external agents to speed up payment process of customers as committed in the contract
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports to senior management on sales targets, enquiries and clients’ feedbacks
  • Ensure collections of Sales proceeds in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably major in marketing or business administration focusing on marketing / sales
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in real estate sales, especially in domestic market.

Skills:

  • Understand the real estate market and needs of domestic customers
  • Familiar with the country real estate brokerage market
  • Understand the business / sales strategies of Mixta, and of real estate industries

Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Overview

  • The ideal candidate will oversee safety and security and is responsible for protecting all company assets across all Mixta locations.
  • S/he will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing security operational plans in the Security Department.
  • He/She will work to improve the operations of security department and strengthen coordination, information sharing and surveillance activities across all Mixta Nigeria locations

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation and Coordination
  • Responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive security framework and architecture that covers all Mixta locations. This entails responsibility of security operation and coordination in the Company
  • Responsible for the development and design of proposals and budgets relating to security infrastructure across the facilities and buildings of the Company
  • Provide operational cover as and when required to support the security team on site:
  • Access control (Visitors/Contractors/Deliveries)
  • Carry out Stop and Search, (Vehicle/Personnel)
  • CCTV Monitoring.
  • CCTV routine operations.
  • Checking materials leaving site is correctly authorized.
  • Operation of site weighbridge and tracking systems • Control entry to site vehicles and pedestrians
  • Emergency Rules followed in accordance to the security function
  • Investigate incidents such as accidents and thefts and send reports to relevant business units
  • Inspection of fence line and general site surroundings on a regular basis
  • Lone workers monitored.
  • Maintenance of records and log books
  • Monitoring of site plant, intruder & fire alarms.
  • Operation of site communications equipment.
  • Opening and monitoring of all gates.
  • Police liaison.
  • Site Patrolling and reporting.
  • Unlock and lock of ad hoc areas when requested.
  • Provide relevant information (Security Advice) to staff on the current security situation in the country
  • Provide weekly security reports and debriefs to Management
  • Organize armed security as the need arises for any local travel

Standard Operating Procedure:

  • Develop and Implement standardized Security and Physical Safety SOP for all Mixta locations taking into consideration the peculiarities of each business/location
  • Complete and disseminate Assignment Instructions /Standard Operating and Emergency Procedures reviews and updates across all Mixta locations and facilities
  • Complete general roster management
  • Lead safety and security compliance in all Mixta locations and ensure policies and procedures regarding security in these locations are up-to-date and applied consistently and effectively.
  • Regular Security training and debrief
  • Reinforce Health & Safety protocols on all Mixta locations
  • Fire Marshall
  • Liaising with the Admin Unit to ensure ordering of Uniforms & PPE as and when required.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences or a related field required.
  • At least 12 years’ experience in a Security Services role with specific focus on Security & Safety Management
  • Prior extensive work experience in a law enforcement agency and proven network of strong contacts/alliances with law enforcement agencies will be an added advantage
  • Masters, /Professional certification from a recognised Institute will be an added advantage.

Skills, Attributes & Functional Skills:

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of a Security and Safety strategy across multiple locations
  • Proven and demonstrated competence in developing and executing Safety and Security strategic initiatives
  • Good research, data gathering, intelligence, surveillance and analytical skills
  • Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite and Power BI
  • Appreciable grasp of critical and complex security issues in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail.
