Location: Lagos
Job Description:

• Lead Switch & Electronic Payment Support job description
• Technical support for all debit card-based channels
• To ensure timely resolution of issues that impact customers' business relationship with the bank as regards usage of our applications and software.
• Supervision of Switch & Electronic Payment Support staff and activities
• Ensures availability of FEP Server, FinBridge, PostBrige, Postilion, Etranzact
• Ensure continuous availability of debit card-based channels

Requirement
At least 5 years cognate experience.
