We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in all issues relating to the Shareholders, the Board of Directors and Management including the administration of the board, committee and management meetings
• Administers the corporate registry for corporate documents for all key documents
• Assist in maintaining legal databases and documentation systems
• Provide legal support in respect of contracts and legal advisory
• Attends to law enforcement directives in respect of customers’ accounts
• Performance of such other functions as may be properly assigned by the General Counsel & Counsel Secretary
• Acts as the Data Protection Officer for the organisation
• Ensure the maintenance of up -to-date schedule of regulatory and statutory returns and filing of statutory returns as at when due.
• Conduct of legal research and constant monitoring of legal and regulatory changes
