Job Title: Legal Consultant

Location: (Ipaja, Ayobo) Lagos, Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are looking to work with a smart legal practitioner who will be responsible for the legal and administrative framework of the company by monitoring and advising on all legal matters, contracts and agreements.
• The Consultant shall ensure the company complies with the corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the tech-industry.

Job Description

• Ensure that client relationships are effectively managed.
• Review existing legal agreements, contracts and documents for the company.
• Prepare legal documents for our employees/partners and contract of sales for clients.
• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
• Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.

Job Specifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to details.
• Excellent research skills and ability to prepare high-quality briefs.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in law (Essential).
• Member of the Nigerian Bar Association with 0-2 years post call experience.

• This role is ideal for anyone who can work remotely from within Lagos or Ogun State.
