We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Draft legal papers for real estate transaction
Interpret real estate laws
Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
Handle real estate portfolio for with all legal nuances for each property
Access legal risk in real estate documentation or court filings
Contract expertise in property management, purchases and sales

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law and industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
