We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Draft legal papers for real estate transaction
• Interpret real estate laws
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
• Handle real estate portfolio for with all legal nuances for each property
• Access legal risk in real estate documentation or court filings
• Contract expertise in property management, purchases and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law and industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
