Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, consultation with clients and representing the organization in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and admission to the Bar Association in Nigeria
• Experience in providing Legal support for corporate transactions and commercial matters
• Analytical and proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Telecommunications or IT industry is an added advantage.
• Experience as a company secretary is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Business Law, Contract Law, and Legal Consultation
• Ability to prepare Legal documents and offer Legal advice
