Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a Loan Recovery officer in a financial institution.
• B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
